Finally a brand to make a very big impact within a very small foot print. The first of its kind "Bed and Breakfast Style Franchise" guaranteed to make you "Feel at a Great Home" during your transition. Rest assured we will feature an abundance of useful and cool amenities, fully stocked, full size kitchens, cutting edge technology, functional spaces, comfortable furnishings, 65" televisions, washer and dryer in all suites. All our products are made in America, available for sale and reflect the region in which the property is born.
All our guests can enjoy our Moonlight America Social in the living room lobby every Thursday featuring localized snacks, local craft beers or regional wines. Enjoy an array of great books, heavy duty board games, private music or a workout in our fitness room. Rise and shine to our Rise and Shine America Breakfast that will jumpstart your day with a hot and healthy American Breakfast paired with our very own special featured coffees.
United Suites America in slated to be ground up construction in higher profile sub city neighborhoods that are near intense medical facilities, popular universities, government or corporate entities and nearby or within larger cities. United Suites America will also be modular style so that it could be retro fit into any major building within a downtown area.
Tied into our proprietary USA Cloud Reservation System/APP and backed by our signature creative USA Marketing Programs, This brand is slated for positive growth and demand. This product will challenge existing long term stay brands, bed & breakfasts, airbnb and even the apartment business. Three prototypes are currently available to the market and all include an owner/manager suite onsite.
We encourage strong couples with hospitality background as operators so that added payroll is streamlined. Being there are washer and dryers in all rooms, we will streamline pricing to the guest if they can clean their own linens.
THE STARS Prototype features 10 suites. (2) two-bedroom and (8) one-bedroom king suites, the lobbrary living room, the lobby dining room, work-out room and manager/owner king suite. This concept will feature a deluxe continental breakfast.
THE STRIPES Prototype features 16 suites. (6) two-bedroom suites and (10) one-bedroom king suites, the lobbrary living room, the lobby dining room, business kiosk, fitness center and manager/owner king suite. This concept will feature Moonlight Social and Sunrise Breakfast
THE EAGLE Protype features 24 suites. (6) two-bedroom suites and (18) one-bedroom king suites, the lobbrary living room, the lobby dining room, outdoor patio and fireplace with BBQ, fitness center, business center and manager/owner two bedroom suite. This concept will feature Moonlight Social and Sunrise Breakfast. This prototypes will feature seasonal produce gardens and herb gardens that are accessible to our guests. It will also have more extensive exterior spaces.
As a franchisee, you will benefit greatly with very seasoned hotel expertise, a robust online presence and aggressive electronic distribution.
$15,000 application fee. 2.5% royality and 2.5% marketing plus $2 per room night.

The Lobbrary
The Lobbrary is the epicenter and the total heartbeat of this business model. Sprawling, cozy and comfortable environments that are beyond functional and interactive will set the tone as well as reduce cost of wear and tear in the physical suites.

A longy library environment filled with current reads, board games and technology will set the stage for a very cool place to want to be. Larger properties will feature patio, a deck with produce/herb garden, fire pits, BBQ grills, horseshoes, signature bike share or pool or whilrpool. All exteriors will be park like landscaped, tranquil and very well lit.
The Lobbrary is signature to the USA brand and was created as a hybrid of a typical hotel lobby crashing into a library forming more of a cozy, interactive place you'd want to be in.
